Thank you for booking at Geilolia Cabins. Here is some important information about your stay.
Arrival and departure
You will receive a separate email with further information about key collection and check-in the day before arrival. We use a key safe system where you can access the key via a link on sms / email.
If you have booked directly with Geilolia, check-in is from 16.00. This applies to you who have ordered at www.geilolia.no or by phone / email directly with us.
If you have booked through a third-party channel, check-in is from 18:00. This applies to bookings via Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com and other booking channels.

Digital Guidebok
In our digital guidebook you will find most things you can think of about the cabins and Geilo. Check-in, check-out, WIFI passwords, practical tips about the cabins, activities and restaurants in Geilo – everything is there.
You can easily download the guidebook to your phone, then it can also be used without the internet – you do not need an app.

Included in the price
Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price, but it is expected that the guest tidies before departure. This means that the guest washes away spills on surfaces, do the dishes, and removes rubbish and empty goods from the accommodation unit.
If the guest leaves the unit so dirty / cluttered that the cleaning staff must spend extra time repairing it, an additional fee of min. NOK 1500.
Rules
Our minimum age is 23 years. You must be able to show identification when checking in. Younger guests can check-in as part of a family.
We are a family-friendly accommodation that should be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00. In the event of a report of party noise and noise, we have an agreement that the security company will move out. The cost of this will be charged to those responsible for the noise.
